Danas je Beogradu priredjen praznik za
oci.
Gumball 2006 karavan je
prosao kroz Beograd na svom putu oko sveta za 8 dana. Mogli su se
videti uzivo automobili koje smo do sada samo videli u casopisima. Neki
od nasih domacih trkaca su karavan docekali na putu izmedju Novog Sada i
Beograda i oprobali svoje masine u odnosu na njih. Jedan od ucesnika je
bio i Petosevic sa svojom "srebrnom strelom". "Moram
priznati da je bilo par Gumballera sa kojima nisam mogao da se nosim ali sam
ih zato lako pratio. U kratkim vremenskim razmacima dostizali smo
brzine do 270 km/h" izjavio je Petosevic. Kako

Today, the Gumball caravan passed through Belgrade on its route to Phouket,
Thailand.
The Gumballers were surprised at the
welcome they received since more than 30,000 people turned up. This
really shows their popularity with the public. Large numbers of people turned
out to watch, instead of going to work, watching the television or surfing PartyPoker.dk.
Many Gumballers welcomed this attention, you
could see the satisfaction on their faces except for the few who kept their
doors and windows closed all the time, not wanting any interaction with the
crowd, probably scared of the stories in the media about the Serbs.
They will probably regret it for not tuning down their fears, but there will
be a Gumball next year.
One of our street racers met the
Gumballers half way and followed them toward Belgrade. "Neat cars,
I must say. Only a few could outrun me. In short bursts we
managed speeds up to 270 km/h" Petosevic said. |
